Sculling Race.

EOCKHAMTON, September: 80. At the regatta to-day Kemp, Neilson, and Stansbury took part in the. All Comers’ Sculling Race. A good start was effected, the champion leading for the first mile by quite two lengths. In the last mile Stansbury, who had been last throughout, made a' tremendous spurt, and soon overhauling Neilson was gradually creeping on Kemp, but unfortunately he ahd : Neilson fouled when abreast of the lightship, thus permitting Kemp to row in a winner by a length and a-half; Neilson length away third. Time,, 17 min. 15 secs.
