During the past year the manuf .cturer has made numerous experiments with the Codlin Moth, and has obtained most satisf ctory results. The Maggot, which is secreted in crevices of the bark during the ..inter season, is mainly destroyed by the winter dressing, but it will be found necessary to spr y the young fruit early iu November, this being the ime that the moth deposits its ova by so doing toe crop of fruit will be secured. For this dressing mix the same as for Leech.
