The road between spctions 28 and 31, and 29 and 30, in the Linkwater survey district marked : Ato B, and coloured green on A plan No 1, deposited "for inspection at the office of. the'Pelorus Eoad Board, Havelock. No. 2. The road between sections 65 and 66, and part of 67 (township of Cullensville), marked C to D. and coloured yellow on plan No. 2, deposited at the said office. No. 3. The road through section 67, marked F to G, and coloured yellow on plan No. 3, deposited at the said office. By order. W. T. Eeskine, Secretary. Havelock, April 14th, 1890.

I In the Warden's Court of the Marlborough District, in the Colony of New Zealand. Gus Mathieson, John Nelson, and Alenander Campbell, all of .Cullen's Creek, miners, complainants, and Francis Douglas, of Cullen's' Creek, miner, and Petek Sobensen, miner, supposed to be at present resident at Puhipuhi, in the Provincial District of Auckland. Whereas complaint hath this day been made by Gus Mathieson, John Nelson, and Alexander Campbell, Complainants, against Francis Douglas and Peter Sorensen, Defendants, 1. That on Angus' 31st, 1889, the said Peter Sorensen registered a Terrace Claim, of 100 feet by -40 feet, on the righthand side (going up) of Cullen's Creek, adjoining the Wairarapa Claim, and called " Advance Company." 2. That on the 3rd day of March, 1890, the Defendant, Francis Douglas, alleges that he purchased the said claim from the said Peter Sorensen, and the Defendant, Francis Douglas, registered the same in his own name on the 17th day of March, 1390. Z. That the said, claim with other ground, making in all 100 feet by 100 feet,,wßß pegged off by the Complainants on or about the sth day of January, 1890 (they not knowing that the same was a registered claim); and the Complainants worked the same as required by regulations until the said 17th day of March, 1890.; 4. That, the said. claim was entirely unused, unoccupied, and neglected by the said Peter Sorensen and Francis Douglas,| who .neither worked the same themselves or either of them, or by their 4 or either of their servant's or workmen,, from the said 31st day of August, 1889, up to the said 17th day of March, 1890, arid .the only work done' on the said claim up to the said 17th day of March, 1890, was by Complainants, their servants and workmen. : ,l Wherefore the Complainants claim : (o.) That the registration of the said " Advance Company" claim may be cancelled, and the said claim awarded to the Complainants. (6.) Such •other relief, as to this Honourable Court shall seem just and equitable.' (c.) That the Defendants '- may be ordered to pay the costs of, and incidental to these proceedings. These are therefore to command you, the said Francis, Douglas and Peter Sorensen, in Her. Majesty's name, to be and appear on the SOth day ,of April, 1890, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Warden's Court, to be holden at tha Courthouse, at Havelock, to answer to the said complaint and demand.
