[Own Correspondent.] Wellington, December 24. It is stated that the hearing of an ap I'ication be the defendant to be furnishec with fuller particulars in the action Voge v. the New Zealand Times has been postponed till after Christmas. Joseph Milstead, an old colonist, died yesterday. The Gear Meat Freezing Co. will, at the annual meeting, declare a dividem of 10 per cent. The property tax collected yesterday unounted to Z39»<>oo. A revised railway tariff will be issued in a few days. Two applications under the special settlements regulationshave already been received.
