CABLE NEWS. (Rbvtbb’s Telegrams.) London, D-eember 17. The Pall Mall Gazette to-day states that the cession to Germany of Delago Bay, on the East Coast of Africa, is mediated. December 18. The statement made by the Pall Mall Gazette yesterday as to the projected session of Delago Bay to Germany is authoratively denied. Arrived : Steamship Elderslie, from Port Chalmers (17th October) with a cargo of frozen mutton, which is believed to be in good condition. Dr. Ward worth, Bishop of Lincoln, has resigned his seat, owing to ill health. The authorities at Dover have seized about 200 cwt; of dynamite which arrived there yesterday on board a vessel from the Continent.
