NEW OIL COMPANY.
A meeting of gentlemen in the proposed new oil company was held last evening at the office of Mr. E. J. Piesse, Lowe street. After some discussion it was resolved that a company be formed, to be called “ Tm Minerva Petroleum Company.” The following gentlemen were elected directors:—Messrs, (i. J. Winter, A. Graham, W. Teat, D. Johnston,.jun., W. Cooper, and J. H. Stubbs. Manager : Mr. F. J. Piesse. The company will be registered at once.
