Affairs at the Cape.
[Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, November 29. A despatch has been received from Sir Hercules Robinson, Governor of Cape Colony in reference to the recent settlement of matters in Bechuanaland. His Excellency states that the Cape colonists generally disapprove of the settlement, and that the action of the Ministry in offering farther terms to the Boer raiders is warmly criticised by the public Press.
