[Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, November 19. As the expedition proceeds up the Nile towards Khartoum the difficulty of navigation greatly increases. The last advices declare that the boats used by the expedition are not unsuitable but overladen. Cairo, November 19. Small-pox of a mild type has appeared among the British troops at Dongola. November 20. Intelligence is to hand from Dongola that the Nile is now falling rapidly, and in consequence many of the boats sent to the front are useless for the passage of the cataracts.
