(Per United Press Association,] Dunelin, November 20. The annual meeting of the National Insurance Company was held yesterday. The chairman stated that £35,000 had been drawn from the standing reserve. A dividend of 15 per cent, was declared. The report and balance-sheet wore adopted, and the outgoing directors were re-elected. New Plymouth, November 20. Sir John Hall left for the South yesterday, driving round the coast by way of Parihaka and Opunake, so as to see how the country had been settled since Te Whiti was deposed.
