(Per Press Association,) Napier, November 15, In the Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday, J. Patrick Ward, secretary of the Liberal Reform Association, was committed for trial on a charge of forging the name of William Jarvis Harker, auctioneer, to an instrument guaranteeing payment of a P/N for £25 discounted with the Colonial Bank.
