Chirp Post Ofpicr. Gisborne For Auckland per Ilingrooma, on Wednesday, November 12th, at 7 p.m. For Auckland and Sydney per Tarawera on Saturday, November 15th at 7 pm. For Napier, Wellington, and the South, also the Australian Colonies, per Ringarooma, on Saturday, Nov. 15th, at 7 p.m. The next inward European mail via San Francisco, is due at Gisborne on Friday, November 21st. The next steamer of the Orient Company leaves Melbourne on Nov. 28th. Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid the Brindisi rates of postage, viz., eightpenoe per half-ounce, will be forwar.ied by every steamer. This mail will be due in London on Jan. 6th, 1885. A weekly mail service has been established from Ormond to Mr. Montmollin’s station at Pahatiko, from Ist Nov. Mails for the present will c’ose every luesday at 3.30 p.m. Mails for the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, &c., will close on Saturday, Nov. 15th, at 7 p.m., for transhipment to Ruapehu, at Lyttelton—leaving that port on 20th instant, for Plymouth, journey expected to occupy 38 days from date of sailing. LOCAL MAILS. For Makaraka, Waerenga-a-hika, and Ormond on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 2.30 p.m. For Matawhero Patutahi, and Te Arai Bridge every Tuesday and Friday, at J2 noon. For Puhatikotiko (Montmoilen’s), every Tuesday, at 2.30 p.m. For Tologa Bay, Tc Mawhia, Tu'paroa, Akuaku, and Port Awanui, every Tuesday, at 3 p.m. J. Shrimpton, Chief Postmaster.
