Accidents, Offences, &c. (Per Press Association.) Invercargill, November 12. At the Winton races on Monday, a boy named David Miller, aged 16, was killed by his horse rearing and falling on him. Deceased only lived an hour after the mishap. Christchurch, November 12. A six-roomed cottage at Oxford was burned down on Monday. Only a few articles of clothing were saved. The fire broke out in a bedroom, but the origin is unknown.
