W. S. GREEN'S ESTATE.
The first meeting of creditors in the estate of the above debtor was held this morning, but was adjourned for one week in order to allow the Auckland creditors to prove their claims* The position of the estate is as follows: — Liabilities, £389 Bs.; secured creditors, £2701 assets, £156 ; leaving a deficiency of £233 Bs. The following is a list of the unsecured
£BB9 8 0 The secured creditors are R. J. Reynolds, security of the mortgage of a property section No. 32, of the W&ihau Block, in the County of Cook and Hangaroa Survey District, containing 97 acres 7 perches of freehold land, £lO9 ; Common, Shelton and Co.,
security of about 42 head of cattle and 16 calves, £155, total, £264.
The assets are made up of property belong, ing to the debtor £l5O, and surplus from securities £6, making a total of £156.
