The Annexation Question.
[Reuter’s Telegrams,] Melbourne, November 8. All the colonies except Victoria have declined to double the proposed contribution for the New Guinea annexation. The Government of Victoria, moreover, is disinclined to agree to the same without further information from Earl Derby.
