Frozen Mutton, for India.

[Own Correspondent.] Wellington, November 7. In the House of Representatives yesterday Sir Julius Vogel stated he had received a telegram from the Governor of Bombay, in reply to inquiries, stating there was a market for frozen mutton in India, and suggesting that a resident agent be appointed, which suggestion Government would probably consider.
