Napier News. [Own Correspondent.] Napier, November 1. A case of dummyism was dealt with yesterday by the Waste Lands Board. A selector already holding a deferred payment section got his brother-in-law to put in an application for another section, The latter became bankrupt and so the arrangement got disclosed. The Board ordered that the section be forfeited as a false declaration had been made.
