In the matter of “ The Bankruptcy Act, 1883.” NOTICE is hereby given that, by an order of the Superior Court of Bankruptcy, holden at Gisborne, bearing date the 21st day of October, 1884, WILLIAM HAYDN FLOOD, of Gisborne, Music Teacher, has been adjudged a Bankrupt, and notice is further given that I, Charles Debenham Bennett, Deputy Official Assignee, do hereby summon the first General Meeting of Creditors in the estate of the said bankrupt, to be holden at my office, situate in Gisborne aforesaid, on MONDAY, the 27th day of Oc nber, IRB4, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
