[Reuter’s Telegrams,] Cairo, October 15. The Egyptian Government have decided to cancel the proclamation ordering the suspension of the Caisse de la Dette Publique, announced on September the 17th, and have ordered that the revenues assigned to the Caisse shall continue to be paid as in the past, and the International Commission will, therefore, continue its control over the same as provided by the law of liquidation. New York, October 15. The Republicans have carried the day in Ohio in the choice of candidates for the election of President and vice-President for next month.
