Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid the Brindisi rates of postage, viz., oightpenoe per half-ounnn, will be fo r warded by every steamer. This mail will be due in London on Dec. 9th. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, Asia, Africa, America, the West Indies (via San Francisco), also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, the 7th Nov, at 2 p.m. Money orders and registered letters until 2 p.m. same day Thia mail is due in London on Dec. 20th.
