At the Haymarket during the week, loose fodder sold better than on previous week, and ranged to 4s 9d ; pressed hay, 5s the lOOlbs; oats, 2s to 8s the bushel; horse stock were yarded in moderately good number only, and without alteration in value. Hide and skin sale on Tuesday was more fully supplied than usual, and met a full muster of buyers; sound hides ranged from 3d to 4 l-16d the lb ; damaged, from l|d the lb; tallow, 18s to 25s the cwt; sheep skins, Is Id to 4d Id each; wool, sjd the lb. At Remuera, dairy cows were generally in low condition and dull of sale. Store cattle were in full number and better worth than last week. Fat cattle in usual supply. Prices advanced about 2s the lOOlbs; prime quality reached 26s the lOOlbs. Fat calves in demand at full rates. Sheep in good supply. Wethers at 3d the lb. Lambs were in brisk inquiry, and ranged from Ils to 20s 6d each. Pigs of all descriptions abundant and in demand at full values, particularly good store pigs.
