THE partnership hitherto existing between JAMES STANSTREET LARGE and JOHN TOWNLEY, Cabinetmakers and Upholsterers, of Napier and Gisborne, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The Gisborne business will be carried on by JOHN TOWNLEY who will receive all monies and accounts due to the late firm, and will pay all accounts due by the Gisborne business.
