Henare Tomoana in Court.

[Own Correspondent.] Napier, October 15. At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday Henare Tomoana was defendant in eight civil cases for clothes, jewellery, stores, Ac. He stated he was being pressed to make him sell his land, and asked for an adjournment of the cases. The magistrate granted the adjournment, remarking that if Tomoana’s statement proved correct he would stay execution,
