"VTOTICE is hereby given that an election of One Councillor to represent this Riding in the Cook County Council, will be held on Wednesday, the 12th day of November, 1884, and I appoint the new Court House, Tologa Bay, as the place, and Thursday, the 23rd day of October, at noon as the time, for the nomination of candidates.
