The Egyptian Finances.
[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Cairo, October 4. The French, Austrian, and Italian members of the Caisse have commenced a lawsuit against the Egyptian Government for diverting the revenues assigned by the decree of the Khedive to the payment of interest on the National debt.
