Affairs at the Cape.
PETITION TO THE QUEEN. [Reuter’s Telegrams.] Capetown, September 25. Considerable agitation is being manifested throughout the Cape Colony, and petitions to the Queen are being numerously signed, complaining of the inaction of the Imperial Government in connection with the aggressive action of the Boers in Bechnanaland.
