■ < ' -I —• [reuter’s telegrams.] Sydney, September 25, The Colonial Treasurer has submitted to Parliament a statement of loan and expenditure to th* l amount of fourteen and a quarter millions sterling. The Government railway scheme included in the estimates proposes the construction cf twenty new lines, amongst thembeing an extension of the present terminus at Redfern to the city.
