[Own Correspondent.] Wellington, September 23. The delegates from the Chambers of Commerce concluded their labors yesterday. Their resolutions yesterday comprised recommendations for appointing a Board of Advice for each railway district; the necessity of Government having rabbits on Crown lands destroyed; and urging the impolicy of increasing the customs duties for protection purposes.
