JOSEPH CRESWELL, Hon. Sec. NOTICE. TO EUROPEANS AND MAORIS. ~|~>E it known that in reference to the Notice inserted by me in the European Newspapers of August 29th ult., tha: it was in consequence of a conversation between myself and Haio, in which a dispute arose. I told him that I would withdraw from the arrangement about selling my houses to him, and told him that I would publish a notice to that effect to inform Europeans and Maoris. The said notice was published, but the reason of its not appearing earlier was that it was mislaid by my agent, for it was written during the first week of August, for -4 insertion in the European Newspaper, and that was the cause of the delay. We hav< now made Friends, and will this day com plete the sale of the Houses, with the insidi furniture, also the small outhouses. Fron Buka Abatapu to the said Haio. BUKA ABATAPU.
