HANLAN AND CLIFFORD. FINAL ARRANGEMENTS. [kbuteb’s TELEGRAMS. ’ Sydney, September 10. Final arrangements have been concluded for the sculling match between Hanlan and Clifford to take place in February next. The stakes are £5OO aside. Mr. Deeble has now, on behalf of Beach, stated that t> ? .atter would not now agree to row the proposed match with Hanlan in May next, but would row the winner of the February match.
