In the matter of a Writ of Sale to me directed in an action wherein Thomas William Porter and Alfred William Croft, of Gisborne, are Plaintiffs, and William O’Meara, of Awatere, is Defendant. NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the above writ, I shall, unless previously settled, at the hour of noon on TUESDAY, the 9th day of SEPTEMBER next, at the auction mart of Messrs. Graham, Pitt and Bennett, cause to be sold by public auction, the right title and interest of the above-named William O’Meara, in and to a certain leasehold property situate at Awatere, in the County of Cook, containing three thousand eight hundred and twenty acres or thereabouts, known as Ahikouka No. 2, of the term of which lease between fourteen and fifteen years is now unexpired. This sale is made at the suit of the execution creditors whose solicitor is James Wray Nolan, Esq., of Gladstone Road, Gisborne. Further particulars can be obtained on application to the Auctioneers.
