[Reuter’s Telegrams] . Melbourne, September 2. Sailed this morning—Union steamship Te Anau. for Bluff. Hobart, September 1. The police have arrested several leading and highly-respected citizens of Hobart in connection with the Tasmanian Bank robbery. The sum stolen amounts to about L3OOO, and great excitement was caused when the arrests were made known.
