NOTICE is hereby given that on THURSDAY the 11th of September, 1884, or as soon as possible thereafter, the Cook County Council will make a special order to amend the boundaries of the Turanganui and Waikohu Road Districts, and to constitute a new Road District to be known as the Waimata Road District as follows :— Turanganui Hoad District. The Southern boundary, to be the Southern boundary of the Whangara Block. The Northern, Eastern and Western Boundaries to remain as gazetted on the 18th May, 1883. Waikohu Road District. The Eastern Boundary to be amended as follows. From trig, station 129, towards the South by the Eastern Boundary of the Waihora No. 2 Block, to the Waimata West Block, thence towards the West by the Northern Boundary of that block, to the Mangataikehu stream, thence Easterly by the South Western Boundary of that block, to the Eastern Boundary of the Ngakoroa Block. The Northern, Southern, Western, and remaining portion of the Eastern Boundaries to remain as gazetted, on the 18th May 1883. Waimata Road District. All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, commencing at the most easterly point of the Waihora No. 2 Block. Bounded towards the north by the Arakihi B’.oik, the Rangikohua Block, the Mangapapa Block, and the Taumatarata Block ; towards the east by the Whangara Block ; towards the south by the ocean and Poverty Bay ; ahd towards the west by the Borough of Gisborne, the centre of the Taruheru River, the Ormond Road Board District, the Ngakoroa Block, the Ahirau Block, the Mangaoae Block, and the Waihora No. 2 Block, to the point of commencement.

ing, to be known as the Waimata Riding. The boundaries amended are as follows :— Tologa Riding. Bounded towards the south by the southern boundary of the Whangara Block, to the western boundary of that Block; thence towards the north by the Taumatarata Block ; thence westerly by the southern boundaries of the Taumatarata, Rangikohua, and Arakihi Blocks, to the eastern boundary of the Waikohu Riding Bounded towards the east by the ocean, towards the north by the Waiapu Riding, and towards the west by the Waikohu Riding. Waikohu Riding. To comprise the Waikohu Road District, as amended on the 11th September, 1884.

Waimata Riding. Bounded towards the north by the Tologa Riding, towards the east by the ocean, towards the south by the Borough of Gisborne, towards the west by the Gisborne Riding and the Waikohu Riding, and to comprise the Waimata Road District.
