[Per Press Association] . Nelson, August 30. The barque Sea Toiler, Capt. Geerry, arrived from London to-day, after an uneventful passage of 95 days. Dunedin, August 30. Mr. Gillies effigy is advertised to be burnt at Kaitangata, in the Bruce district, to-night. Vincent Pyke, Esq., M.H.R., will be tried by Judge and jury to-morrow at Tapanui for treason.
