For Auckland, per Southern Cross, on Thundav August 28th, at 7 p.m. F°v AucMaud, per Wairarapa, on Saturday, August doth, at 7 p.m. For Sapier, Wellington, and the South, also the Australian Colonies, per Tarawera, on Friday. 29th August at 3.30 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe. Aria, Africa, America, the West Indies (via San Francisco) also the Sandwich Islands, on Friday, the 12th Sept, at 2 p.m. Money orders and registered letters at 1 p.m. same day This mail is due in Lo idon on Oct. 25th. The next steamer of the Orient Company leaves Melbourne on Sept. 19th. Correspondence specially so addressed and prepaid the Brindisi rates of postage, viz., eightpence per half-ounce, will be forwarded by every steamer. This mail will be due in London on Nov. /th.
