In the matter of a Writ of Sale to me directed in an action wherein Thomas William Porter and Alfred William Croft, of Gisborne, are Plaintiffs, and William O’Meara, of Awatere, is Defendant. COOK COUNTY. ’'VT OTICE is hereby given that on THURSDAY the 11th of September, 1884, or as soon as possible thereafter, the Cook County Council will make a special order to amend the boundaries of the Turanganui and Waikohu Road Districts, and to constitute a new Road District to be known as the Waimata Road District as follows :— Turanganui Road District. The Southern boundary, to be the Southern boundary of the Whangara Block. The Northern, Eastern and Western Boundaries to remain gazetted on the 18th May, 1883. Waikohu Road District. The Eastern Boundary to be amended as follows. From trig, station 129, towards the South by the Eastern Boundary of the Waihora No. 2 Block, to the Waimata West Block, thence towards the West by the Northern Boundary of that block, to the Mangataikehu’stream, thence Easterly by the South Western Boundary of that block, to the Eastern Boundary of the Ngakaroa Block. The Northern, Southern, Western, and remaining portion of the Eastern Boundaries to remain as gazetted, on the 18th May’ 1883. Waimata Road District. All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded towards the North by the Southern Boundary of the Whangara Block thence towards the North by the Western Boundary of that block to the Taumatarata Block, thence Westerly and Northerly by the Northern Boundary of the Waimata North Block, to the Waihora Block, No. 2, thence Southerly by the Eastern Boundary of that block to the Waimata West Block, thence by the Northern and Western Boundaries of that block to the Mangataikehu stream, thence by the South-western Boundary of the Waimata West Block to the Eastern Boundary of the Ngakaroa Block, thence towards the South and West by the Eastern and Southern Boundaries of that Block, to the Eastern Boundary of the Ormond Road District, thence along the Eastern Boundary of that District, to the Taruheru River, thence by the centre of that river to the Eastern Boundary of the Borough of Gisborne, to the sea, thence Northerly by the Coast line to the Whangara Block, the point of commence-

The boundaries amended are as follows

Tologa Riding. Bounded towards the south by the southern boundary of the Whangara Block, to the western boundary of that Block; thence towards the north to the Tamatarata Block ; thence westerly by the southern boundaries of the Tamatarata, Rangikohua, and Arakihi Blocks, to the eastern boundary of the Waikohu Riding Bounded towards the east by the ocean, towards the north by the Waiapu Riding, and towards the west by the Waikohu Riding. Waikohu Riding. To comprise the Waikohu Road District, as amended on the 11th September, 1884. Waimata Riding. Bounded towards the north by the Tologa Riding, towards the east by the ocean, towards the south by the Borough of Gisborne, towards the west by the Gisborne Riding and the Waikohu Riding, and to comprise the Waimata Road District.
