[Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, August 22. A Nihilist outrage has been reported from Kazana, a town situated on the river Kasanaka. 450 miles east of Moscow. One of the magazines, situated a short distance from the town, was exploded, killing 100 persons. Five officers in the employ of the Government of Kazana were also killed.
