THIS DAY. (Before J, Booth, E«q., R.M.) Ward v. Tutokohc. Adjourned to the 9th of September. B Ilham v. Brown. No appearance of defendant. Claim £1 7s. Bd., rates due to the Waikohu Bead Board. Judgment for amount, and costs £llos. Bilham v. Wi Brown. Enlarged to the 19th of August. H, Trimmer v. Henare Runt. Judgment summons. Mr. Bees for defendant, applied for an adjournment until some rents due to Burn were received. This was agreed to. J. Watts v. Rangi Waitiri. Judgment summons. No appearance of the defendant. Ordered to pay the amount in a fortnight, or in default three days imprisonment. 4. Keefer v. W, O'Meara. Adjourned, by consent, till Tuesday next. T. W. Porter e. Pera Kouka, Judgment summons. Mr. Watson for the plaintiff. Claim £l4 os. 6d. for money lent three years ago to defendant to provide some medicine for his wife, and a coffin after she died. Amount to be paid by the 2nd of September, in default 14 days imprisonment. Costs, £llos. There were over twenty cases on the list. The remainder were settled without the intervention of the Court.
