THREATENED PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MIL WILSON AND MH. BUCKLAND. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, August 4. Mr. Izard intends to petition against the return of Mr. Wilson for the Foxton electorate. Dunedin, August 4. It is reported that Mr. James Green, late member for Waikouaiti, intends to petition :o unseat Mr. Buckland.
