[Feb United Pbess Association.] WELLINGTON RACING CLUB. Weddington, July 30, A general meeting of the Wellington Racing Club was held last evening. The balance, sheet showed that the receipts for the last season amounted to £2,196 4s 9d, and the expenditure to £2,056 2s 56, which included £57 7 s lOd which stood to debit of the Club at commencement of season, leaving a credit balance of £l4O 2s sd. The report showed that the business of the Club during the past year had been highly satisfactory. The Stewards recommended the holding of a two days’ spring meeting, to be held on 28th and 20th November next, and that £6OO be given in stakes. All old officers were re-elected without opposition.
