[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Cairo, July 28. A rumor is current here that news has come to hand from the Soudan that Osman Digna has been killed, but under what circumstances is not stated,
London, July 29. The Daily Telegraph publishes a telegram from Suakim, stating that a garrison of friendly Arabs at Agig, a town on the coast to the south of Suakim had been massacred by the rebels. The telegram further states that fully 17,000 rebels have now surrounded Suakim, and that an attack on that town was believed to be imminent,
