[reuter’s telegrams.] THE CHOLERA IN FRANCE. Paris, July 27. A considerable decrease in the number of deaths from cholera are now manifest at Toulon. The disease is, however, spreading at Arles, and has appeared in a virulent form at Aix, 16 miles to the north-east, near Marseilles. Six deaths occurred at Aix to-day. IMPERIAL FEDERATION.
