Arrived this afternoon—Orient steamship Chimborazo, with the inward mails via Brindisi and Suez, dated London, June 20. Melbourne, July 24. In the Legislative Assembly this evening Mr. Berry stated that a doctor at the sanatorium had pronounced the disputed case of disease to be undoubtedly small-pox. Mr. Berry added that the Government proposed to replace Dr. Youll at an early date.
