Mr. J. T. Two Natives were sent on with the voting papers, but returned to the latter place exhausted and benumbed after a vain attempt to get through the snow on the Hunarau range. Mr. Large then started for Taupo with the returns. Mr. Large states that the Uriwera tribe are completely under the influence of Te Kooti, and would not vote.
