[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Melbourne, July 22. Sir William Jervois leaves here to-day by the steamship Waihora for the Bluff. Sydney, July 22. The Union steamship Arawata arrived this afternoon from Auckland. A Gazette notice has been issued to-day declaring French and Egyptian ports to be infected in consequence of the outbreak of Cholera, and all vessels therefrom will be quarantined on arrival.
