[reuter’s telegrams.] Paris, July 17. A renewal of the panic has occurred at Toulon owing to the continued spread of cholera, and the Government officials are reported to be deserting their posts. A further slight outbreak of cholera has occurred here, and at Arles and Nimes, in the neighborhood of Marseilles. DEATH OF DB. HOCHSETTER, London, July 19. The death is announced of Dr. Hoclisetter, the well-known German savant.
