CRICKET.—AUSTRALIANS V. LEICESTERSHIRE. [Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, July 14. The Australian Cricketers commenced a match to-day against eleven of Leicestershire at Leicester. The weather was inclement and play was stopped by showers at intervals during the day. The attendance was only moderate. The home team went in first, and were all disposed of for 143. The highest scores were Hay, b 33, and Warren, c 32.
