The Tonquin War.
[Reuter’s Telegrams.] Hong Kong, July 13. Active parleying is now proceeding at Shanghai between the representative Chinese Government and the Patenotere French Minister of China, with a view to arrive at an amicable settlement of the difficulty which has arisen in connection with the attack on the troops at Sanason, on the Tonquin frontier.
