The Elections.
Mil. LOCKE AT TOLOGA. VOTE OF CONFIDENCE. Mr. Locke returned from Tologa Bay yesterday, where he had a very good meeting, there being over thirty persons present. A hearty vote of thanks and confidence was proposed and carried unanimously, without one dissentient voice. Mr. Hales occupied the chair, and the meeting was of an extremely orderly character.
