NOTICE is hereby Given, that it is the intention of the Cook County Council to close a portion of the Gisborne-Tolago Bay Road, passing through Pouawa Block, No. 828, and to provide in lieu thereof a new road through the same block, and to exchange with the owners of the land required to be taken, the lands herein described, and which constitute the present road line. Description of Land to de Exchanged. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement, 5 acres 1 rood and 5 perches, more or less, situate in the Turanganui Survey District, in the Cook County, and being a road line varying in width, and forming a portion of the road known as the Gisborne-Tolago Bay Road within the Pouawa Block, No. 828.
