Hamons: v. 0. Lynch. Claim, £3O for the price of two bullocks which weie hired by the plaintiff to the defendant, and which died whilst in his (defendant’s) charge. Considerable evidence was gone into, on the hearing of which his Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs £ll6s. Mr. Kenny applied for time to be allowed to the defendant to pay the money. The defendant was ordered to pay £5 in a fortnight and the balance in two months.
