Considerable evidence was gone into, on the hearing of which his Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs £ll6s. Mr. Kenny applied for time to be allowed to the defendant to pay the money. The defendant was ordered to pay £5 in a fortnight and the balance in two months.
